The Luxembourg government's cabinet met on Friday and approved the support of the University of Luxembourg in the capital of the Digital Tech Fund for the amount of €1 million.

The Digital Tech Fund which was created in April 2016, provides seed funding to support the creation of start-ups in the field of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). The fund has a capital of €20 million.

The Luxembourg state contributes €5 million including €3 million through SNCI, €1 million through the Ministry of Economy and €1 million through the University of Luxembourg.
