The former scrap metal site in Senningerberg and the former aluminum refinery in Dudelange have both been confirmed for sanitation projects by the Luxembourg government which met on Friday.

The two polluted sites will be sanitised with 100% funding coming from the fund for the protection of the environment which has been established based on the amended law of 31 May 1999.
