Luxembourg's home-grown wunderkind Francesco Tristano will be playing at the Apparitions Festival in Mexico on Saturday 26 March 2016.

Francesco Tristano has fast become one of classical music's rising stars, having already won the 2004 Orleans International Contest dedicated to 20th century classical music, as well as graduated from New York's prestigious Juilliard School in 2003. He has since played in internationally-renowned auditoriums such as New York's Carnegie Hall, Berlin's Philharmonie and Cité de la Musique in Paris.

However, he also developed an interest in electronic music initially at Juilliard, pursuing this with the release of 'Not For Piano0 and 'Auricle Bio/On', for which he teamed up with Berlin minimal techno Godfather Moritz van Oswald and Idiosynkrasia. He will now be adding the Playa San Pedrito region of Mexico's Todos Santos to his list of performances, joining a line-up featuring house and techno producers such as M.A.N.D.Y., Juan Atkins and Derrick May.
