Even if you have to go to work again immediately the new year begins, you can still let music tempt you away from the stress of the office! The Philharmonie invites you to take a short trip behind the scenes of an orchestral rehearsal during your lunch break.

On Tuesday 5 January 2016, those interested will have an opportunity to observe the Orchestre Philharmonique du Luxembourg’s new principal conductor, Gustavo Gimeno, at work with his musicians. With passion, precision, and lots of Spanish charm, Gustavo Gimeno gets his interpretation of musical masterpieces across to the orchestra – and members of the public, too, will hear this music with different ears.

The concert starts at 12:30. Admission is free-of-charge and there is no need to book in advance. If you would like to treat yourself to a gastronomic lunch, available from 12:00, before or after the concert, please e-mail: lunch@philharmonie.lu or tel: 2632-2632.
