On Wednesday 20 January 2016, ING Luxembourg officially opened a new branch in Belval, developed under the 'Agence Orange' concept.

The new branch was reportedly developed in keeping with the bank's desire to continue to invest and become more involved in the local life and economy of the Grand Duchy. The bank stated that investing in bricks and mortar still remained a priority, despite the significant steps taken in creating a multichannel approach focusing on e-banking and mobile banking as a means of minimising the time needed for clients to carry out simple transactions.

ING Luxembourg expressed its anticipation that its presence in Belval, a fast-developing city quarter with a great potential, would increase its visibility in the Grand Duchy.
