Karine Pontet, Deloitte Luxembourg, for Best Talent Management Firm at HR Awards 2017;
On Thursday 16 November 2017, at Casino 2000 in Mondorf-les-Bains, the best local HR initiatives and best practices were rewarded during the HR One Gala; after attending a series of conferences led by international experts, more than 300 Human Resources specialists participated in the fifteenth edition of the Luxembourg HR Awards Gala Dinner.
The ceremony began with the award of the Best Talent Management Firm. This one went to Deloitte Luxembourg, rewarded for having developed a whole series of customised tools making it possible to highlight transversal and managerial competences. "The development of leaders is a key topic, conducted in collaboration with our partners," said Karine Pontet.
Wildgen won the Best Social and Legal Partner Award. The members of the jury were seduced by the services offered by the law firm: chatrooms, a hotline, etc. For Jackye Elombo, "Wildgen's idea is to be more accessible for its partners and to allow a quick interaction".
A second Award for Deloitte Luxembourg, when the company was named Transformation Partner of the Year. The company has developed a workforce transition plan in order to make staff change to the operational units over the long term and to support the appointment process.
This year's Best Recruiter of the Year Award went to DO Recruitment Advisors, whose outsourcing service offers a flexible recruitment model to get to know its clients from within. "A real passion for the profession of the human" as Nathalie Delebois and Sinéad O'Donnell underlined, accompanied on stage by their colleagues.
The Digital Partner of the Year award went to Deloitte Luxembourg for its innovative training platform offering a blended learning approach that combines e-learning and face-to-face training.
The HR Innovation Award was awarded to Qualia Consulting. The company created by Stéphanie Dadoun and Séverine Barbette was rewarded for the development of its two programmes "Focus on what matters" and "A space for leadership", based on a rigorous methodology and in a resolutely corporate spirit.
A fourth prize for Deloitte Luxembourg, named Best HR Strategy Firm. In particular, the company implemented a knowledge management and sharing system via an interface that clarifies the exchange of information internally, and focused on talent and performance management.
OneLife won the Employee Experience Award for its Digital Days last June: a truly inclusive program for (trans) digital training for its employees. "A project for our people, supported by a team supported by the Executive Committee and welcomed by Minister Schmit," added Christophe Regnault, Digital Marketing Manager.
Accenture Luxembourg, represented by Vicky Hapuc, HR Business Parnter, and Olivia Scalmato, Marketing Lead, won the Best HR Practice award for its platform "Accenture Performance Achievement", one of whose goals is to support employees throughout their career.
Finally, this year's HR Manager of the Year award went to Stéphanie Simon, from the Ketterthill Medical Analytical Laboratory. The members of the jury particularly emphasised his work of team loyalty thanks to a work environment based on a benevolent culture.
The event ended with the intervention of Christelle Brignoli, Managing Director of the Great Place to Work Luxembourg Institute. "The presence of three Luxembourg companies in the European Best Workplaces shows that combining well-being and performance is entirely possible and serving companies for which the voice of employees counts remains a privilege our institute" she said highlighted.
