On Friday, for the sixth time, the Enovos Foundation, under the auspices of the Luxembourg Foundation, together with its partners - the da Vinci Association and the ANEIL (National

Association of Luxembourg Engineering Students) - presented "Award of Excellence" to six students to reward the best work of graduation engineers.

The awards ceremony took place in the presence of Marc Solvi (President of the Enovos Foundation and the da Vinci Association), Jean Lucius (CEO of Encevo, the parent company of Enovos), Michel Reisch (Vice-President President of ANEIL), Claude Seywert (CEO of Creos Luxembourg) and Michel Pundel (chairman of the jury).

This initiative aims to promote the professional studies and careers of the engineer and is in line with the commitment of the Enovos Foundation for the advancement of science and new technologies to improve the quality of life in a sustainable way.

An independent jury made up of six engineers selected the 6 winners from 23 study candidatures; each were awarded with €2,500, as follows:

- Dany Pereira Figureido: Analysis and comparison of different structural solutions with regard to construction site organisation based on BIM 4D
- Dennis Hövelmann: Weiterentwicklung von Komponenten eines elektrostatischen Staubabscheiders für Biomasseheizsysteme unter Nutzung einer speziell dafür angepassten Messmethodik
