Following Sunday's accident on the A3 motorway involving a car and a bus in which two people, the 18 year-old drive and front-seat passenger, died at the scene, and one of the two rear-seat passengers died in hospital on Monday, the 4th occupant of the car also succumbed to his injuries in hospital on Tuesday.

All four occupants of the car were aged 18 years and lived across the border in France.
