On 27 September 2018, Luxembourg Minister of Finance Pierre Gramegna became the latest signatory of Equilibre's My Pledge.

The signing of the charter took place in the presence of Aude Lemogne, President of Equilibre, Larissa Best, Director, and Raymond Schadeck, member of the Board of Directors of Equilibre, during a visit to the Esch Belval site .

"I am delighted to have signed 'My Pledge' today to show my commitment to diversity and gender balance. Luxembourg is one of the countries with the lowest wage difference between men and women. But this is not enough. We must continue to encourage women to make ambitious career choices and give them more visibility in the public", commented Pierre Gramegna after the signing ceremony.

Launched by Equilibre on 25 April 2018, the My Pledge initiative for the promotion of diversity at conferences and round tables in Luxembourg today brings together 13 companies and associations (PwC, Tomorrowstreet, AXA, Société Générale, Atoz, Allen & Overy, Farvest, KPMG, British Chamber of Commerce, Stock Exchange Luxembourg, IMS, Lalux, Docler Holding) and more than 40 people who have signed and support My Pledge. 

At the same time, Equilibre has announced the launch of its new group of speakers for men who wish to make a public statement on the topics of children's education, part-time work and parental leave.
