The American Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg (AMCHAM) will hold an Evening Seminar on Thursday 22 October 2015 from 18:00 at the premises of Allen & Overy (33 Ave JF Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg-Kirchberg) on the topic of moral harassment in the workplace.

Moral harassment is one of the most rapidly emerging workplace complaints. In view of this point, the seminar aims to shed some light on situations when an employer is faced with this topic, covering some keys elements, i.e. the employer's liability and obligations, coupled with case law.

Speakers include Andre Marc, Labour Law Partner; Gilles Dalle d'Agnol, Labour Law Senior Associate; Sabrina Bodson, Labour Law Associate.

The seminar will be held in English. Registration will commence at 18:00, with the presentation starting at 18:30.
